Rusty Rusty Rusty!

Target was to complete 5.16km and 2 surges.
Did okay for the first surge, however the 2nd surge was a real challenge, my breath and legs are just not conditioned for surges right now.

Next week will be better!

Came Across this Website with the above running picture. Just looking at it just makes me feel like changing into my running gears and start running!
